Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the damage is determined to have occurred during shipping, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

If damage appears to have occurred after delivery or due to improper handling, the item may not qualify for a replacement, return, or exchange.

All items are ready-to-ship and will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, customers should expect delivery within up to 10 days, depending on the carrier and distance.

Carrier Delays & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Groovie Goods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

For Best Results

  • Grind your coffee to a "medium-fine" grind, this works best for moka. Espresso grind is also okay.
  • Fill the basket loosely and level it off — no tamping needed.
  • Fill water below the valve, no more than 1 cm under it(never cover the valve). Keep heat at low to medium.
  • Every stove is different so play with the heat until you find your sweet spot.
  • Too fast = weak, under-extracted coffee.
  • In about ~3–5 minutes, listen for a gentle gurgle —that’s your cue to remove it from the heat.
