Carrier Delays & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Groovie Goods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the damage is determined to have occurred during shipping, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
If damage appears to have occurred after delivery or due to improper handling, the item may not qualify for a replacement, return, or exchange.
