Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange
Buyer Responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the damage is determined to have occurred during shipping, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
If damage appears to have occurred after delivery or due to improper handling, the item may not qualify for a replacement, return, or exchange.
